NetSuite is returning the following error when we attempt to login to your account.
"USER_ERROR: Your account is disabled for 21 more minutes due to 6 consecutive failed login attempts."
When the NetSuite password changes, it needs to be updated in the Celigo Integrator and in the Magento admin. The updates should be made quickly or the integration will begin to send errors regarding being locked out of NetSuite for several minutes.
Reminder: Login errors are are caused by expired and/or modified NetSuite credentials that have not been updated on the Celigo servers. If an email or password has changed, please be sure to update the Celigo servers with the latest credential information. Users have full control over which NetSuite user to designate for use by Celigo, and changes to this user or the password used cannot be automatically be detected by Celigo for security reasons.
Steps to Resolve
Update in Celigo Integrator
- Using NetSuite Administrator role, go to Setup > Integration > Celigo Integrator
- Click on Settings tab
- Click on Connections subtab
- Edit the NetSuite connection
- Fill out the username/password
- Test and Save.
Update Magento admin
- Login to Magento admin and go to System > Configuration
- Click on Celigo Magento Port
- Go under NetSuite Integration User Details
- Enter the email and password (do not test before saving)
Important Reminder: When the NetSuite account gets locked out, it will say that you cannot login for a certain amount of time. During this period, you will not be able to update the password because it will fail when you try to save it. You have to time this correctly by waiting exactly for the moment that the account gets unlocked. If it says for example that the account is still locked for 5 minutes before you can try again. Wait for 5 minutes and save the password at that point.
