Once an order is marked as cancelled/closed in NetSuite, the order in Jet is also marked as cancelled by the connector. This flow supports full and partial order cancellations.
Sample screens depicting the cancellation flow:
Close an order in NetSuite.
Run the cancellation data flow from Integrator.io. Click the 'play' button against the flow.
The status of the flow is visible in the dashboard. Green indicates flow is successfully completed. Red indicates errors. Combination of red and green indicates some partial success and partial failure.
The record is cancelled in Jet instantly.
Cancellation scenarios supported
- Partial order cancellation, where you can close a particular line item on a Sales Order, and the connector will mark that item as closed in Jet.
- Partial line item cancellation, where you can cancel a line item partially. For example, if a Sales Order has a line item, Test Item 1, which has a ordered quantity or 5, you can cancel a quantity 3 of that line item; but if you wish to cancel a quantity 2, you should then "Make A Copy" of that line item (native NetSuite feature that allows to copy all the line level details, including the Jet Order Line Id, which is used for updating status of line item on Jet.), then mark one of the line items as closed with the quantity that is being cancelled. Then update the remaining item with the difference in quantity that you still wish to fulfill in the original line.
- NetSuite Saved Search for syncing items: Refresh (click circular arrows) to fetch the latest values in the saved search.
