In the last version of the Silicon Valley Bank - NetSuite Connector we introduced the functionality to match multiple NetSuite transactions with a single bank transaction. In this new release we have built on that functionality and introduced a number of enhancements which makes the Connector even more powerful and user friendly. The list of enhancements in this release are:
- Matching multiple bank transactions with one NetSuite transaction - The Connector now supports matching many bank transaction with one NetSuite transaction and the reverse i.e. matching many NetSuite transactions with one bank transaction. You can seamlessly choose the configuration you can want to use in the dashboard as often as you want.
- Hide a transaction from a dashboard - Sometimes you don’t want to see a transaction in the dashboard e.g. a void transaction. Now you have an option to hide a particular transaction for the dashboard by clicking the ‘Hide’ link.
When the “Hide’ link is clicked, the transaction is marked and will not be shown the next time the transactions are loaded on the dashboard. If the ‘Hide’ link is clicked again before saving, the selection is reset.
- Auto fill information in the create transaction form - For unmatched bank transactions there is an option in the dashboard to create a matching transaction.
When this linked is clicked, a NetSuite form is opened in a new tab for creating a transaction in NetSuite. The Connector will now populate helpful information in that form such as data, amount, account etc. from the original transaction automatically.
- Support for additional bank accounts - The Connector now supports additional bank account types such as savings account, loan accounts and credit card accounts.
