To create a flow step, you need to configure specific settings. Instead of creating from scratch, you can clone or reuse one of the flow steps from the existing integrations or the resources available in the Celigo Marketplace.
To streamline the resource creation process, enter a prompt in the Describe your use case to help find better matches field. You can enter keywords, examples, or use cases, that describe the purpose of the flow step integrator.io will use the description you provide to search for comparable flow steps that already exist in your account integrations and the Marketplace templates. You can select a matching flow step from Your existing flow steps or the Marketplace flow steps section to use as the basis for your new flow step.
Note
The Describe your use case to help find better matches field is limited to 300 characters.
You can click the AI-generated description next to each flow step to understand more about a flow step. For more information, see Understand AI descriptions.
In the Application field, after you select an application, if you have multiple connections configured, you can filter the flow steps specific to an app connection.
You can select an existing flow step to clone or reuse in this flow. If you clone the flow step, you can modify the copy without changing the original. If you reuse the flow step, any changes will also affect any other flow that uses it.
Tip
In the Create source window, If you select an application and choose an option in the "What would you like to do?" field, the flow steps will be filtered based on the selected app and option.

From integrator.io, while creating a flow step (import or export), on the Create source window, in the Describe your use case to help find better matches field enter a keyword, example, or a use case. Example: Retrieve recently created tickets from Zendesk using a webhook.

From the flow steps retrieved, choose a flow step in the Your existing flow steps section and click Next.

On the Create export window, in the Connection field, select an existing or create a connection.

In the How would you like to use the existing flow step? field, you can choose either Clone flow step or Use same flow step.

Clone flow step: This option creates a copy of the original flow step that can be modified to suit the purposes of this flow without affecting the original.

Use same flow step: This option reuses the existing flow step. Modifications to the flow step will apply to other instances if used in different flows.

How would you like to use the existing flow step? field is displayed, only if the selected connection matches the connection of the existing flow step.

Configure the other required fields on the Create export window, and click Save & close.
You can choose a flow step from Marketplace, you will clone the flow step, and can modify the copy without changing the original.

From the flow steps retrieved, choose a flow step in the Marketplace flow steps section and click Next.

On the Create export window, in the Connection field, select an existing or create a connection.

As you choose to clone, all the data in the fields are pre-populated, you can verify and click Save & close.
