This template is only supported in cloud environments and is not available for on-premise use.

The Celigo bundle contains workflows that you can easily configure and deploy without coding or IT support. The following built-in flows sync from the specified source data to the corresponding destination.
The Starter Edition package includes the following flows:

General settings
- Primary Business Central Connection: The setting displays the primary Business Central connection. If required, you can select a different connection.
- Primary Shopify Connection: The setting displays the primary Shopify connection. If required, you can select a different connection.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant ID: The setting displays the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant ID, which is useful for configuring dynamic lookups in mappings.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment: The setting displays the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Company name: The setting displays the default Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company name configured during the integration setup. Make sure the company name ends with a period (.), for example, CRONUS USA.

Map Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central locations with Shopify locations: The setting allows you to map Business Central account locations to corresponding Shopify locations. You can choose to map locations as 1:1 or many:1 (i.e. map a group of Business Central locations to a single Shopify location).
In the case you only have a single location set up in Shopify and all your Business Central location locations map to that location, you are only required to provide the Shopify location in the Default Lookup Value drop-down field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account location: Type in to filter, select, or enter a custom Business Central location value.

Order

Shopify orders to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders (add or ignore). This is a scheduled delta flow that can sync the following:
- Syncs new orders from Shopify as sales orders to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If an order exists in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow ignores it.
- Looks for the customer by email address, and creates new customers if the records are not available in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Syncs address and order line items to sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Looks for the order total details and sync variance amounts to sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Any variances in the sales order are recorded as a line item.
- Shopify customers to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers (add or update): Syncs customers and addresses from Shopify to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a delta flow that creates or updates any customer records added since the last flow run. If the customer exists in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow updates the existing customer record.
Fulfillment
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales shipment to Shopify fulfillment (add): Syncs posted sales fulfillment from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify when the status of the fulfillment is changed to Shipped in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a once-exported scheduled flow. The flow also syncs partial fulfillment.
Inventory
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central inventory to Shopify inventory (add or update): Syncs the inventory from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and adjusts the inventory levels in Shopify. This is a scheduled flow.
- Shopify product details to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central item ID map record (add or ignore): Syncs the product ID, variant ID, and inventory item ID information from Shopify to the corresponding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central “Celigo eTail item map” custom record. This is a scheduled flow.
Billing
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales invoices to Shopify billing (add): Syncs posted sales invoices from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as billing in Shopify. When a posted sales invoice is added to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow exports billing information from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify. This is a once-exported scheduled flow.
Product
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central items to Shopify products (add or update): Syncs items from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify as products. When an item(s) is added/updated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow exports the item information from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify. This is a delta flow that works on a scheduled basis.
Refund
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales credit memo to Shopify refund (add): Syncs sales credit memos in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as refunds to Shopify. This is a delta flow that works on a scheduled basis.
- Shopify refund to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales credit memo (add): Syncs Shopify refunds as sales credit memos to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a delta flow that works on a scheduled basis.
