Supported integration flows
The Celigo quickstart bundle contains workflows that you can easily configure and deploy without coding or IT support. The following built-in flows sync from the specified source data to the corresponding destination.

Salesforce accounts to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer (add or update): Syncs records present in Salesforce accounts as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers in real-time. This flow triggers automatically when you update an account in Salesforce. This flow will not sync a new account as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers by default. If you want to create a customer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce, you must first run the Salesforce opportunity to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales order (add or update) flow.

Salesforce contact to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central contact (add or update): Syncs records present in Salesforce contacts as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central contacts. This flow performs real-time updates to existing contacts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and adds new ones. This flow triggers automatically when you update an existing contact or create a contact for an account if the account is already synced as a customer to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Salesforce opportunity to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales order (add or update): Sync your Salesforce opportunity to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales order in real-time. The flow automatically checks for customer records for a new sales order in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If the flow does not find any records, it creates customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The flow will use the account details to create a customer.
