The accounts director or manager must ensure that the accounts in Salesforce are in sync with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.
The Salesforce account to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer add/update flow is a real-time flow that syncs theMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers. The flow triggers automatically when you update an account in Salesforce. This flow doesn’t sync new accounts by default, if required, you can update the qualification criteria to sync new accounts.
Prerequisite: To create and sync new accounts to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you should run the Salesforce opportunity to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales order add/update flow first.
The flow writes back the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer ID to the Salesforce account record. If the flow fails to add or update the account, an error message is displayed on the integrator.io Dashboard.
Understand the flow
In the Salesforce account to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer add/update flow, the Get accounts from Salesforce export gets the accounts added or updated. This flow checks for newly created accounts only when the default qualification criteria in the Field-specific qualification criteria are removed, otherwise, the flow picks only the updated accounts.
The Lookup customer from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central flow step checks the corresponding customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central by matching the Salesforce Account ID.

If a customer is found in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow updates it. The success count is specified on the integration.io Dashboard.

If a customer is not found in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Post customer to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central import creates a customer record in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The success count is specified on the integration.io Dashboard.

If the flow fails to create or update the customer, an error message is displayed on the integration.io Dashboard.
By default, this flow will not create new customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The flow figures out when a new opportunity is synced to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a sales order, then a customer is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Once the customer is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, any subsequent updates to such customers in Salesforce are automatically synced to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The Post-ship-to-address to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central import syncs the ship-to-address to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Write Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ID to back Salesforce accountflow stepwrites back the newly created Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central IDs to the Salesforce account.
Enable the flow in the template

Log in to your integrator.io account

Click on the Salesforce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template tile.

Go Flows > Account.

Next to the Salesforce account to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer add/update flow, use the toggle button to enable the flow.

In your Salesforce Account, go to Accounts.

From the available list of Accounts, click the desired account.

Click Edit.

Make the desired updates and click Save.
If everything is configured correctly, the details that you updated in the account will be automatically synced to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer.
You can see the flow status in the integrator.io Dashboard. On a successful sync, for every record, the success count of the flow including the import and export is shown as 1.
