FAQ: How do I balance journal entry amounts when using Data Loader?

Problem: Error "The amounts in a journal entry must balance" when using the Data Loader to create a journal entry from Integrator.IO.

Solution: Remove the extra lines at the end of the file, adjust data loader settings, and update the individual mappings.

1. Open the CSV to view the extra lines. These lines confuse the "Add" operation of the Journal Entry, and so must be deleted.

2. In Data Loader settings, check the File has header checkbox.  (By default, when we group the lines like above, integrator.io only uses the first row of any line-item mapping.)
3. Check the Multiple Rows Per Record checkbox, and select the Subsidiary field as the Key Column. This groups all of these lines to be put in as the same Journal Entry. Without this option enabled, Data Loader will make (in this case) seven different JE records, one per each line.
