Problem: The fulfillment process is only partially updating the order and is only completing the first portion of the fulfillment process. The order status states "Pending Fulfillment" but should say "Pending Billing" once the fulfillment is processed.
Solution: Change the mapping of the Item Fulfillment flow to mark the record as "Shipped".
- Update the hard-coded mapping of the Status, with a value of "C", which will mark the record as shipped after import. Then, the order will be completely fulfilled and be moved to "Pending Billing".
- Log out and then back into Integrator.io or refresh the page in your web browser. This will allow you to view the updated page.
