Problem: Could not find a match for "[["itemid","is",testitem"],"A
Solution: This error occurs when the item cannot be found in both systems. In this case, you can update settings to point to a default SKU if an SKU does not exist in NetSuite.
- Go to the Integration App settings and open up the field mappings of the Order to NetSuite Order Add Flow.
- Scroll down until you see the Item: Item (Name) (or Item : Item (internalid) mapping and click on the gear icon on the right.
- Add the following mapping:
- If items do not have SKUs in the Webstore, add an extra line to the above lookup.
