Mapping dropdown not displaying any available options

Issue: When saved search driven mappings are opened, Integrator.io makes a preview call into NetSuite to obtain the values in the Saved Search.  If that search has no records or if the first record has any invalid setup, it will not display the dropdown values. 

 

Resolution: Ensure the associated saved search is public, at least one record is available on the saved search, and that record does not provide any invalid responses within the saved search, i.e. invalid formula.
