The OpenAir - Salesforce Connector has been enhanced to prevent loss of metadata, from the real-time flows in the connector, after a refresh is done on Salesforce sandbox accounts.
The following table defines the steps that needs to be performed manually in the connector for each real-time flow before and after performing the Salesforce sandbox refresh:

Disabled Flow
|
1. Enable all the real-time flows in the disabled state. 2. Disable back all the real-time flows. These two steps will allow the system to back up the required metadata for restoration after the Salesforce sandbox refresh. 3. Perform the sandbox refresh. 4. Enable the flows back again. This process recreates the required integration records in Salesforce which would be removed during the sandbox refresh. 5. At this stage, you can keep all the flows enabled or even disable any flow based on your requirement.

Enabled Flow

1. Disable all the real-time flows to allow the system to back up the required metadata for restoration after the Sandbox refresh. 3. Perform the sandbox refresh. 4. Enable the flows back again. This process recreates the required integration records in Salesforce which would be removed during the Sandbox refresh.
