Support for creating renew change order
When the subscription term ends subscription also gets terminated. A Renew Change Order is the functionality to renew a Subscription once the Subscription term ends. As a sales representative or account manager, this feature provides you with an option to edit an existing active subscription and create a Renew Change Order. A Renew Change Order is created to renew a Subscription once the Subscription Term ends. The Renew Change Order feature allows you to manage both your renewable (Recurring and Usage) as well as non-renewable (One time) price book lines.
From the subscription record in Salesforce, click Renew to create one of the following types of change order:
- Create New Subscription
- Extend Existing Subscription

The new related panel added in the Opportunity and Quote record
Quote Subscriptions
This related panel in the Quote record in NetSuite consists of the following options:
- New Subscription
Allows you to create and add a new subscription to the Quote record on Salesforce. - Add Subscription
Allows you to add the existing subscription to the Quote record on Salesforce. Only the subscription in the Draft state can be added to the quote.
Opportunity Subscriptions
This related panel in the Opportunity record in NetSuite consists of the following options:
- New Subscription
Allows you to create and add a new subscription to the Opportunity record on Salesforce. - Add Subscription
Allows you to add an existing subscription to the Opportunity record on Salesforce. Only the subscription in the Draft state can be added to the Opportunity.
