    I tried updating the Magento connector as shown above, but it tells me that the username/password is wrong, even though I'm using the same username/password that works fine in integrator.io Since it tries to push orders to Netsuite automatically, the Celigo user is now locked out of Netsuite.

    hi Kane, the images seem to be working on my end. Perhaps it's a browser issues. Maybe you can try refreshing or logging in to a different browser?

    The images under steps 2, 3, and 4 for the Netsuite portion are not working for me either in Chrome or Firefox.

    I will submit a ticket for my connection issues in about 30 minutes when the lockout ends.

    Stein, those images aren't appearing for me either.

    I do not have "Access Token Management" in Permissions > Setup. Does that mean the configuration is fine as-is?
