Billing Schedule
The Billing Schedule section comprises of a real-time flow NetSuite Billing Schedule to Salesforce Billing Schedule and associated Advanced Settings. You can leverage this real-time flow to sync a Billing Schedule from NetSuite to Salesforce.
Advanced Settings
- Sync Billing Schedule only with Billing Account: Enable this setting to sync a Billing Schedule from NetSuite to Salesforce along with Billing Account only. If unchecked, Billing Schedules will be synced from NetSuite to Salesforce when they are created or updated.
- Sync inactive Billing Schedules: Enable this setting to sync Billing Schedules marked as ‘inactive’ from NetSuite to Salesforce.
- Sync private Billing Schedules: Enable this setting to sync Billing Schedules marked as ‘private’ from NetSuite to Salesforce. If unchecked, the connector will only sync public Billing Schedules from NetSuite to Salesforce.
Billing Account
The Billing Account data flows enable you to automate the process of syncing Billing Account records from Salesforce to NetSuite and vice versa.
The Billing Account section comprises of 2 real-time flows and associated Advanced Settings. By default, both the real-time flow support add and update operation.
Note: You can click on the Settings icon of the flow to select Create and Update options for the flow.
Advanced Settings
- Only sync default Billing Account: Enable this setting to sync Billing Account marked as ‘customer default’ from NetSuite to Salesforce only.
- Sync inactive Billing Accounts: Enable this setting to sync Billing Account marked as ‘Inactive’ from NetSuite to Salesforce only.
- Sync Billing Account only with NetSuite Subscription: Enable this setting to sync Billing Accounts from NetSuite to Salesforce along with NetSuite Subscription only. If unchecked, Billing Accounts will be synced from NetSuite to Salesforce when they are created or updated.
- Automatically sync Billing Account from Salesforce to NetSuite: Enable this setting to sync Billing Accounts from Salesforce to NetSuite automatically when they are created or updated. If unchecked, Billing Accounts will be synced from Salesforce to NetSuite when triggered using the sync button in Salesforce.
Price Book
The NetSuite Price Book to Salesforce Price Book flow can be used to import the price book information from NetSuite to Salesforce:
Whenever a new subscription plan record is created in NetSuite, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and transfers the subscription plan record from NetSuite to Salesforce.
You can create a price book using the Price Books tab in the Subscription Plan record.
Subscription
The Subscription section comprises of real-time time and flows to be scheduled for data to flow from NetSuite to Salesforce and vice versa. The following sections describe the flows and advanced settings, if any, in detail.
NetSuite to Salesforce flows
- NetSuite Subscription Plan to Salesforce Subscription Plan: Whenever a Subscription Plan record is created or modified in NetSuite, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and transfers the Subscription Plan record from NetSuite to Salesforce.
- NetSuite Subscription to Salesforce Subscription: Whenever a Subscription record is created or modified in NetSuite, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and transfers the Subscription record information from NetSuite to Salesforce.

NetSuite Subscription Status to Salesforce Subscription Status: You can use this flow to ensure that the subscription status in NetSuite and Salesforce are always in sync. You can schedule these flows to run between the ranges of once every 15 mins to once every week. Whenever a subscription status is updated in NetSuite, this batch flow transfers the updated status information from NetSuite to Salesforce.
Note: A new subscription in NetSuite is always created with a default status set as Draft. - NetSuite Subscription Term to Salesforce Subscription Term: You can use this flow to export subscription term from NetSuite to Salesforce on a scheduled basis. You can schedule these flows to run between the ranges of once every 15 mins to once every week. Whenever a new subscription term is created in NetSuite, this batch flow transfers the subscription term record from NetSuite to Salesforce.
Salesforce to NetSuite flows
- Salesforce Subscription to NetSuite Subscription: Whenever a Subscription is created or modified in Salesforce, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and transfers the Subscription record from Salesforce to NetSuite.
- Salesforce Subscription Line to NetSuite Subscription Line Update: Whenever an existing Subscription line record is modified in Salesforce, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and updates the Subscription line record in NetSuite with the same information.
- Salesforce Subscription Price Book Line to NetSuite Subscription Price Book Line Update: Whenever an existing Price Book line record is modified in Salesforce, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and updates the Price Book line record in NetSuite with the same information.
Advanced Settings
- Sync Subscription Plan only with Pricebook: Enable this setting to sync Subscription Plans only with Price book from NetSuite to Salesforce along. If unchecked, Subscription Plans will be synced from NetSuite to Salesforce when they are created or updated.
Subscription Change Order
- NetSuite Subscription Change Order to Salesforce Subscription Change Order: When a new change order of type Activate or Modify Pricing is created in NetSuite, this real-time flow gets triggered automatically and transfers the change order record from NetSuite to Salesforce.

Salesforce Subscription Change Order to NetSuite Subscription Change Order:
When a new Change Order of type Activate or Modify Pricing is created in Salesforce and you click Sync to NetSuite, this real-time flow gets triggered and transfers the change order record from Salesforce to NetSuite.
