NetSuite has recently upgraded itself to 2019.1. This may lead to record syncing errors in Salesforce.
The sections below describe the procedures that you can follow to resolve the issue.
NetSuite Connectivity Issue
If you are facing record syncing failures with the error message mentioned below.
error response from endpoint 502 - {"error" : {"code" :
"INVALID_DATA_CENTER", "message" : "Incorrect data center requested!
The data center you are requesting is not the data center where your
account is hosted.
Resolution
- In integrator.io, on the dashboard, click the gear icon of the desired integration.
- In the left pane, go to Connections.
- Click the down arrow corresponding to the NetSuite connection and then click Edit.
- Update the NetSuite connection again in the connector settings dashboard.
Note: Perform this step even if there are no changes made to your account credentials. - Click Save.
Record Syncing Errors
If the record syncing fails with the error as described below,
Steps to resolve the issue.
- In your Salesforce account, go to Setup.
- In the left pane, in the Search box, enter "remote site settings".
- Click Remote Site Settings.
4. Click New Remote Site.
5. In the Remote Site Edit window, enter Remote Site Name, Remote Site URL, and select the Active checkbox.
Note: The Remote Site URL must be the URL shown as "endpoint" in the error message and that too only the base URL as highlighted in the image below.
6. Click Save.
