Under Flows > Product section, the NetSuite Item Image to BigCommerce Product Image Add/Update/Delete flow manages and syncs product images from NetSuite to BigCommerce.
When you run the "NetSuite Item Image to BigCommerce Product Image Add/Update/Delete" flow, you can select a start date to pull the historical data. On the pop-up window, you can either select:
- Automatic: Choose this option to process and sync data from the last flow run time.
- Custom: Choose this option to select a custom start date and time from when you wish to process and sync data.
The settings to configure this flow are available under the Image tab.
When the Integration App syncs images from NetSuite, those images become the Integration App-managed images. The Integration App-managed images are the images that the Integration App can update or delete in BigCommerce.
The scenarios discussed below will give you an understanding of how the flow works with different combinations of the Settings. You can use the following index to understand the type of images in the discussed scenarios.
- Existing BigCommerce image: Images that are already present in your BigCommerce account before the execution of NetSuite Item Image to BigCommerce Product Image Add/Update/Delete.
- Existing NetSuite image: Images that are already present in your NetSuite account before the execution of NetSuite Item Image to BigCommerce Product Image Add/Update/Delete.
- Integration App-managed images: Images that are synced from NetSuite to BigCommerce after the execution of NetSuite Item Image to BigCommerce Product Image Add/Update/Delete.

- Images 1 through 3 are already present in NetSuite.
- Images 4 and 5 are already present in BigCommerce.

Comments
I could use some guidance on the initial setup necessary on the Netsuite side. For example, do we need to adjust the fields in our saved search?
