    Hey Anuj,

To resolve the issue, you need to ensure that is enabled in your NetSuite account. Here are the steps to do so:

    1. In your NetSuite account, navigate to "Setup->Integrations->Manage Integrations".
    2. Check the "Show Inactives" box at the top of the list of integrations.
    3. Since Bundle 20038 is installed, you should see "" in this list. If there is more than one integration, the one without an application ID is the correct one. The state is likely set to "blocked". It will need to be enabled.
    4. To enable it, click on "" (again, the one without an application ID). Edit the record, set the "STATE" field to "Enabled", then save the change.
    5. If there happen to be any other integrations in the list with an Application ID, set it/them to "Blocked" and Save.
    6. Once you do the above, try creating the token once again. "" should show up.If the issue persists, it might be due to the version of the Salesforce - NetSuite Connector. The V2 version of the connector is "End of Life", and you might need to upgrade to a newer version.

If the issue still persists, we request that you raise a support ticket for our team to analyze the issue and find a resolution for you.
