HubSpot Companies to NetSuite Leads
- Open the Import object in and click on the mappings icon.

- Configure the mapping for the Status (Name) according to your business requirements.


- Add a new mapping for "Subsidiary" on NetSuite Leads import according to your business requirements.


- Configure mapping for Individual, Address Book: Replace All Lines according to your business requirements.

HubSpot Contacts to NetSuite Contacts
- Open the Import object in and click on the mappings icon.

- Configure static map for Address Book: State in mapping according to your business requirements.


- Add subsidiary mapping on NetSuite Contact import according to your business requirements.


NetSuite Contacts to HubSpot Contacts
- Open the export object.

- Create a saved search on Contact record type in NetSuite and configure it on the export.
NetSuite Leads to HubSpot Companies
Prerequisites: Companies present in HubSpot should also be present in NetSuite.
- Open the Import object in and click on the mappings icon.

- Configure static map for hs_lead_status in Hubspot companies import mapping as per the user’s business requirements.


- Create a saved search on leads record type in NetSuite and configure it on the NetSuite Contacts export. Open the export object and click on it as shown below:



- Create a custom field of type free-form text on lead record type in NetSuite to store the HubSpotCompanyID and configure it for the NetSuite import.

NetSuite Opportunities to HubSpot Deals
- Create a saved search on Opportunity record type in NetSuite with following criteria (i.e., Line Rate as is not empty and configure it on the NetSuite Sales orders export).


- Create a custom field of type Free-form text on Inventory Item record type in NetSuite to store Line item object id and Product Object Id of HubSpot and configure it on the NetSuite inventory import flow.


- Create a custom field of type Free-form text on Opportunity record type in NetSuite to store the deal id of HubSpot and configure it on the NetSuite Opportunities import flow.

- Configure mapping for the category and definitionId as per the requirement in HubSpot CRM associations import flow.

- Configure static map for the deal stage in HubSpot deals import mapping according to your business requirements.


- Configure mapping for the dealtype and pipeline as per the requirement in HubSpot deals import flow.
