What’s supported

The migration utility can migrate configurations for the following flows:

The order, opportunity, and item fulfillment records created in V2 will not get updated by IO.
Run V2 flows and IO flows parallelly for orders and opportunities for a brief period depending on the nature of your business and the velocity of updates.
Do not test unsupported flows in IO if you haven’t turned them off in the Salesforce - NetSuite V2 integration app.

Item Fulfillment	NetSuite Item Fulfillment to Salesforce Item Fulfillment Notes: You can only migrate the V2 flow criteria. If your item fulfillment record has an SFNSIO ID, the IO flow skips syncing the updates via V2 flows. The migration utility does not migrate mappings and configurations.
Financial	NetSuite Transaction Financials to Salesforce Financials NetSuite Customer Financials to Salesforce Account Notes: The migration utility does not migrate mappings Update the criteria for sync in: IO: Add “Transaction type” to the NetSuite saved search criteria. V2: Add flow-level criteria to ignore syncing records with SFNSIO IDs.
Discount Handling	The discount item custom field is not available in the IO version. Populate discounts on Opportunities using the Salesforce discount field once you completely migrated to the IO version. Set the discount item setting on the IO integration app.

Mapping currencies between NetSuite and Salesforce account with: Multi-currency is enabled on one of the accounts while default currency is enabled on the other account.	Map currencies for each flow via flow Mappings.	Navigate to General > Settings > “Map NetSuite Currency to Salesforce Currency.” Map the default currency of one account to a matching currency available in the multicurrency account.
Parent Sync	Sync information for up to ten parents for an account.	The migration utility automatically inherits the following V2 settings: If the “Parent Sync” is disabled in v2, it will not be disabled in IO. If the "Parent Sync" Level in v2 is greater than three, it will be reset to three in IO.
Discounts	Add discounts on an Opportunity record using a custom “Discount Item” field in Salesforce. To sync “Discount Item,” data, you’ll need to run the Discount flow.	Navigate to Opportunity > Settings > “NetSuite discount item to track Salesforce line item discounts.” Select the discount item from the list of NetSuite discount items.
Item Fulfillment Exchanges rates Echo sign and DocuSign Item Groups	V2 does not restrict feature availability based on editions.	All features are available in the premium edition of the Salesforce - NetSuite IO integration app. If you are migrating to the IO Standard version, you’ll not be able to migrate flows that are not part of the license agreement.
