What’s not supported
- Notes:
- Records for Orders, Opportunities, and Item Fulfillments created in v2 will not get updated by IO.
- We recommend that you run v2 flows and IO flows parallelly for Orders and Opportunities for a brief period depending on the nature of your business and velocity of updates.
- Do not test unsupported flows in IO if you haven’t turned them off in the v2 version of the Integration App.

- We’ll only migrate the v2 flow criteria.

- Currently, the migration utility does not migrate mappings and configuration.

- Notes:
- We’ll not migrate mappings for Financial flows.
- We’ll update criteria for sync in:
- IO: Add “Transaction type” to the NetSuite Saved Search criteria.
- V2: Add a flow level criteria to ignore syncing records with SFNSIO IDs.

Discount Handling |
- The Discount Item custom field is not available in the IO version. You'll need to populate discounts on Opportunities using the Salesforce discount field once you’ve completely migrated to the IO version
- You'll have to set the Discount Item setting in IO Connector.

Mapping Currencies between NetSuite and Salesforce accounts with:
Multi-currency enabled on one of the accounts while default currency is enabled on the other account.

- Navigate to General Settings > “Map NetSuite Currency to Salesforce Currency.”
- Map the default currency of one account to a matching currency available in the multicurrency account.

Parent Sync |
You can sync information for up to ten parents for an Account. |
The migration utility automatically inherits the following v2 settings:
- If the “Parent Sync” is disabled in v2, it will not be disabled in IO.
- If the "Parent Sync" Level in v2 is greater than three, it will be reset to three in IO.

Discounts |
- You can add discounts on an Opportunity record using a custom “Discount Item” field in Salesforce.
- To sync “Discount Item,” data, you’ll need to run the Discount flow.

- Navigate to Opportunity > Advanced Settings > “NetSuite discount item to track Salesforce line item discounts.”
- Select the discount item from the list of NetSuite discount items.

V2 does not restrict feature availability based on editions. |
- All features are available in the Premium Edition of the IO version.
- If you are migrating to the IO Standard version, you’ll not be able to migrate flows that are not part of the license agreement.
