Set up a connection to ShipBob

ShipBob is a leading e-commerce fulfillment company that streamlines order processing, warehousing, and shipping, empowering businesses to provide efficient and reliable delivery experiences to their customers worldwide.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Setting

Instruction

Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Environment *

Select your ShipBob account environment:

  • Sandbox: if your account URL is https://sandbox-api.shipbob.com/

  • Production: if your account URL is https://api.shipbob.com/

Environment name: Sandbox

Token *

Enter your ShipBob token.

Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your token safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

  • Hi There - Ship Bob has a sandbox environment that uses a more basic token integration. It would be great for this connector to have a Product or Sandbox checkbox and allow the sandbox version to use a token instead of OAuth.  We've been working a project with ShipBob and it's very difficult to test in their prod system.

  • Thanks, David Gollom. I'll put that request into the queue and share your feedback with the product manager and lead connections developer.
