I have a typical flow with several records to export. When I check the status, it shows the success as “N/A.” However, the dashboard also gives me a valid count for the number of records imported. Which one is correct?
Exports are measured in pages. The default page contains 20 exported records, which you can modify in the Page size advanced setting of an export.
The Pages column in the dashboard confirms that an export is working, displaying the total number of pages of records exported.
Imports, on the other hand, process individual records, and the dashboard displays the count of records imported.
In such a case, if you look closely at the errors, the likely scenario is that within a page there was an error processing the data. For example, if 19 records succeeded and one failed during export, then you might see one page exported, N/A for success, and 19 imports for the summary.
