- Q3. The flow ran without any errors. Why weren’t any invoices or expenses exported from Concur?
- Q4. Why can't my Concur implementation or test account connect to integrator.io from the Concur app center?
Q1. How can I find the Concur Definition ID?
A. Follow these instructions after you create a Payment Request or Expense Report in your Concur account:
- Create an export using one of the built-in template connections.
- Select Common: Extracts for the API name, and select GET a list of extract definitions for its Operation.
- Click Preview to view the sample data.
- Copy the definition ID, which is related to the payment request or expense report in your Concur account, after v1.0/ in the id field. For example, in the following JSON value, the ID is in boldface:
"id":
"https://eu1.concursolutions.com:443/api/expense/extract/v1.0/gWpDjbSfrnRKh$pezIz45jgKb0Wc8iUYBBqg"Q2. My regular Concur account username and password aren’t working for the template connection. How can I set up the connection?
A. In this case, the Username and Password are not those that you use to sign in to your Concur account.
These values refer to step 6 of the Concur template installation instructions, in which you began the process by selecting an ERP app at the SAP Concur App Center.
Copy the URL from this confirmation page that appeared when you were asked to sign in to integrator.io upon agreeing to Concur’s terms. You will need the id= and requestToken= values below in order to establish your Concur connection’s username and password.
Q3. The flow ran without any errors. Why weren’t any invoices or expenses exported from Concur?
A. An Expense Report or Invoice Payment flow cannot process any records if it is run before the records have been extracted from your Concur account.
First follow these steps to run a Payment request job in Concur:
- Sign in to your Concur account.
- Go to Administration > Company > Tools.
- Under Import/Extract monitor, select the job related to the payment request.
- Click Run now.
- Verify that the Definition for the payment request or expense report is enabled, reporting Success:
For expense reportsFor Invoice payment requestsNote: The jobs shown above are for example purposes only, corresponding to a payment request in a Celigo account. The names will vary for your Concur configuration.
Now, you may run either the Concur Expense Report to NetSuite Expense Report (Professional) or Concur Payment Requests to NetSuite Vendor Bills integration flow.
Tip: If you do not see the Concur Tools > Import/extract monitor, it means that this administrative expense-setting feature hasn’t yet been enabled for your environment. Open a support case with Concur, and they will route it to their Expense Configuration team.
Q4. Why can't my Concur implementation or test account connect to integrator.io from the Concur app center?
Due to Concur's limitations, you cannot connect a Concur implementation or test account to integrator.io. The Concur app center is unavailable from implementation sites. Users can only connect from within production environments.

Hi, could you please clarify why the Import/Extract monitor step is needed? Do users need to perform this action every-time a new Expense is created at Concur?
Hi, Gregorio Lopez. Great question, thanks.
That is correct. You must go to Tools > Import/extract monitor and run the job again for every expense report, according to the Concur guidelines.
It's required because, only after running this job does Concur extract the CSV file containing the details of your expense report. That file contains the data that integrator.io retrieves via their API.
