Celigo NetSuite Integrator SuiteApp 2.0 (beta)
Now available for NetSuite integrations, Celigo NetSuite Integrator 2.0 is built as a SuiteApp on SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF). This technology upgrade offers several advantages over the NetSuite bundles that are coded for SuiteScript v1.0.
New connectors
Built-in connectors are now available for ChannelApe, dotdigital, Gainsight CS, and Oracle DB (SQL).
HTTP connector multipart/form-data support
When importing data using an HTTP connector, you can select a new Request media type setting, multipart/form-data.
New vendor-specific EDI templates
integrator.io is now able to export and import the following electronic data interchange (EDI) definitions:
- Alvogen EDI 856
- EDIFACT Meira Nova Oy ORDERS
- EDIFACT Wihuri Oy Aarnio DESADV
- EDIFACT Wihuri Oy Aarnio ORDERS
What’s enhanced
Agent can run as a Windows service
The Celigo agent software, which allows you to connect to an application or database running on your network, now has the option to run either as an executable or a Windows service. When you install the agent as a service, it will run silently and continuously after installation and each time the system starts up, regardless of which Windows user account is logged on.
Preview panel enhancements
The Preview panel now always displays requests and responses from endpoints (even if errors occur). You can also now set the number of records you’d like to preview.
New connector options
We’re continuing to improve the built-in API connectors and keep up with the providers’ features:
- Gorgias – API update
- Precisely – added endpoints
- Shopify – API update
- Target Plus – API update
Replace a connection in a flow or individual resource
You can now specify a different connection for existing resources with greater control:
- In Flow Builder or under Resources > Exports or Imports, select another connection for an existing flow step
- In Flow Builder, replace all connections for an endpoint with another connection
Previously, each flow step (such as an export, import, lookup, or download) could use only the connection you created or selected when you initially built the resource. You would have had to rebuild the step to apply a different connection. Now, you have more flexibility within a flow, including “global” changes for any of the app endpoints.
Integration App “All stores” views added
Back by popular demand – now, when authoring or viewing the parent integration, you can manage errors from all your stores in a single view. Many Integration Apps are structured with hierarchical integrations – for example, in an integration that contains other integrations for multiple banks or Shopify stores.
Multiple Delta export date field support
You can now select more than one value for the Date field when creating a Delta export from NetSuite, Salesforce, MongoDB, and DynamoDB. integrator.io will export records matching the Date field filters, in the order the date values are listed.
FTP imports now support file encoding format
When importing a file to FTP, you can select from three file encoding format options: UTF-8 (default), Windows-1252 and UTF-16LE.
Improved import mapping experience
- The Import field in data mappings now displays an indicator of the mapping type:
- L – lookup
- H – hard-coded
- M – multifield
- <none> – standard
- We also added space-saving enhancements to the mapping interface, to allow you to see more of the source and destination fields.
Integration Apps tags in drop-down lists
When adding or modifying integrator.io user permissions or integration transfers, Integration Apps are now indicated by their tags in the drop-down menu.
AFE 2.0 available for database connections
Database connections, such as MongoDB and MySQL, now allow you to build templates in Advanced Field Editor v2.0.
Advanced Field Editor v2.0 available for Data URI template and Concurrency Lock Id template
You can now toggle between AFE 1.0 and AFE 2.0 when editing a Data URI template or Concurrency Lock Id template.
What’s fixed
NetSuite assistant stays open
NetSuite assistant would close unexpectedly when any value was selected for an import mapping destination field.
Retry unavailable for disabled flows
When a flow is disabled, you cannot submit error records for retry.
Only filtered errors updated by bulk actions
Previously, if a Run dashboard filter was applied, narrowing the list of filters, any action – such as Resolve or Retry – would apply to all errors, not just the selected ones.
Delta flow changes now correctly saved
The Synchronize delta export settings edits were not being committed to the Export Schedule in earlier versions.
Webhook sample data editable, correctly displayed
For export listeners, the Sample data preview was not launching, and the sample records were not evaluated as expected.
Handlebars variables resolved in FTP exports
The handlebars statements were not being evaluated correctly – passed as literal values such as /{{record.dirname}} – within the flow.
NetSuite item fulfillment subrecord fields available
NetSuite export subrecord fields now display for import mapping to Item : Inventory details.
Consistent data objects in export Advanced Field Editors
The JSON records available in the Advanced Field Editors v2.0 (such as in the Preview panel or Build query editor) are now logically grouped (without record and row[] objects), including any integrator.io settings items.
Issue solved when selecting mapped fields
When attempting to highlight a field value for copy-and-paste tasks, the drag-and-drop handle was included in the selection. Now, you can select just the field value.
Pressing Esc key exits only the selected field
Previously, the Esc key would exit the import mapping panel altogether. The keyboard accessibility has been improved to release only the current field or pane in which you’re working.
NetSuite TBA connections available to cloned flows
Token-based auth NetSuite connections within your integration now display as existing connections for cloned flows.
FTP connections with PGP fixed
FTP connections using PGP encryption no longer fail.
