This error occurs when the Integration App doesn’t recognise the previous instance of the role from the production account.
To resolve this error:
- Edit the NetSuite connection for the Integration App at Connections tab.
- Set the credentials to Basic authentication
- Enter the email and password
- Enter the Role ID (the internal ID of the role assigned to the user), then click Save
- After the error is resolved, you’ll need to change the connection to a token-based connection to avoid 2 factor authentication issues.
