Install HubSpot - NetSuite (IO) Integration App

Information: This product is in the Early Adopter Program and if you would like to be one of the early participants, please contact your Celigo sales representative or Celigo customer success manager.

Before installing the HubSpot – NetSuite Integration App, perform the following steps:

1. Prerequisites | Before You Install integrator.io (20038) bundle in NetSuite
2. Configure your NetSuite connection
3. Establish your NetSuite connection

Install the app

1. Log in to your integrator.io account.
2. In the left navigation menu, click Marketplace.
3. Search for HubSpot in the marketplace to find the HubSpot - NetSuite App title
4. On the HubSpot – NetSuite Integration App tile, click Install.

Note: If you see the Contact Sales button instead of the Install button, contact your Account Executive to check the status of your Integration App license.

5. At the bottom of the integration tile, click Click to continue setup.

Set up the HubSpot – NetSuite Integration App

Step 1: Configure HubSpot connection

1. On the Install app: HubSpot - NetSuite page, next to the Configure HubSpot connection step, click Configure.
2. For more information to configure the HubSpot connection, see Set up connection to HubSpot.
3. If your connection is saved successfully, you’re redirected to the HubSpot login page. Enter your HubSpot account credentials.
4. On the permissions page, read through all the permissions, and click Allow. You'll now be redirected back to the integration app.

Step 2: Configure NetSuite connection

1. On the Install app: HubSpot - NetSuite page, next to the Configure NetSuite connection step, click Configure.
2. Select the Authentication type.
3. For more information to configure the NetSuite connection and understand authentication types, see Set up connection to NetSuite.
4. Click Test to verify your connection.
5. You’ll see a Connection is working message.
6. Click Save.
7. Your NetSuite connection status will now change to Configured.

Step 3: Install integrator.io bundle in NetSuite

1. Click Install.
2. You’ll be redirected to your NetSuite login page.
3. Enter your NetSuite credentials.
4. You’ll be redirected to the Installed Bundles page.
5. Click Install next to the bundle ID 20038.
6. Once the bundle is installed, go back to your Integration App Setup page.
7. Click Verify Now.
8. The NetSuite Integrator Bundle status will change to Installed.

Step 4: Install HubSpot SuiteApp in NetSuite

Note: If you have the latest SuiteApp installed, click Verify Now. If the SuiteApp is not latest, you can click Install, follow the installation steps in NetSuite, then click on Verify Now in the installer.

1. Click Install.
2. You’ll be redirected to your NetSuite Login page.
3. Enter your NetSuite credentials.
4. You’ll be redirected to the SuiteApps page.
5. Click Install next to the Celigo HubSpot Connector [IO] SuiteApp.
6. Once the SuiteApp installation is successful, go back to your Integration App Setup page, click Verify Now.
7. You’ll be redirected to the HubSpot - NetSuite Integration App Flows page.
