The Acumatica shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow syncs the shipping details to the Amazon fulfillment record and updates the order status as shipped. The shipping information such as ship date, shipping method, fulfillment quantity, and tracking number is synced to Amazon. The flow exports a single tracking number per fulfillment to Amazon. This is a batch data flow that can be scheduled to run as frequently as every 15 mins or once per week.

Understand the flow

The Acumatica shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow fetches the orders with completed status from Acumatica. The flow updates the order status in Amazon as shipped and updates the shipping information on the order. The flow ignores orders with other statuses such as on hold, open, and shipping. Once the records are synced successfully, you can find the success and ignore records on the Integration App Dashboard.

Before your run the flow

In the Post fulfillment to Amazon page processor, configure the following static mapping as shown below:

1. In the Amazon - Acumatica Integration App, go to Flows > Fulfillment.
2. Click on the Acumatica shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow. 
3. In the Post fulfillment to Amazon page processor, click Mappings.
4. Next to the already existing ShipVia.value - CarrierCode mapping, click on the Settings icon.
   
   
5. In the Field mapping type setting, choose Lookup.
6. In the Options field, choose Static: Value to Value and replace the “please configure this” text with appropriate hard-coded values as per your business requirement. The below-mentioned values are for reference: 
   

   Export field	Import field (REST)
   UPS	Fedex

   
7. Click Save.

Run the flow

1. In the Amazon - Acumatica Integration App, go to the Flows > Fulfillment section.
2. Next to the Acumatica shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow, use the toggle button to enable the flow.
3. If you run the flow for the first time, a delta flow pop-up window is displayed. This helps you to sync the historical shipments. 
   1. Automatic: Choose this option to process and sync data from the last flow run time OR
   2. Custom: Choose this option to select a custom start date and time from when you wish to process and sync data.
      
      
4. Click Run.

You can see the flow status in the Integration App Dashboard.

Understand the shipment record

After you run the Acumatica shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow, the shipment details are synced from Acumatica to Amazon as follows: 

The flow syncs the ship date, carrier, shipping service, and tracking ID details to Amazon.
