Note: Amazon has announced that effective from 1 January 2024, Amazon MWS API will no longer be available for third-party applications authorized by selling partners. The Celigo product team has migrated all the existing Amazon integrations for you, by updating your integration to use the Selling Partner API (SP-API) connection. To know more about Amazon SP-API, see Amazon documentation about Develop for Amazon Selling Partners.
The Amazon - Acumatica Integration App integrates the two systems (Amazon and Acumatica) and enables users to seamlessly exchange data between the systems. It allows you to leverage the Acumatica features by using a single system to keep your orders, customers, and inventory in sync between Amazon and Acumatica and prevents duplicate data entry.
When data in the source system is updated or new data is added, the corresponding records in the target system are modified on every scheduled run.
Example: The integration app is supported in the US marketplace.
Understand the integration app structure
The Amazon - Acumatica integration app is built on the 2.0 integrator.io framework, in which you can connect multiple Amazon accounts to a single Acumatica account. Each Amazon account configuration is treated as a separate integration. You need to have individual licenses to configure each Amazon account. The flows and setting configurations are restricted to each individual Amazon account integration.
Understand the integration app flows
An integration flow is an event where data moves either from Acumatica to Amazon (an export) or from Amazon to Acumatica (an import). The integration app is packaged with the following integration data flows in the starter edition:
- Amazon (FBA) order to Acumatica invoices (add): Syncs new orders from Amazon with “shipped” status as invoices to Acumatica. This is a scheduled flow that picks up orders created since the flow last ran. The flow also syncs customer records to Acumatica. If a customer already exists in Acumatica, this flow ignores the customer record.
- Amazon (MFN) order to Acumatica sales order (add): Syncs new orders from Amazon with “shipped,” “unshipped,” or “canceled” status as sales orders to Acumatica. This is a scheduled flow that picks up the orders created since the flow last ran. The flow also syncs customer records to Acumatica. If the customer already exists in Acumatica, this flow ignores the customer record. This flow syncs order cancellations (partial or full).
- Acumatica inventory to Amazon inventory (add/update): Syncs the inventory levels from Acumatica to Amazon according to the schedule that you set. The flow overwrites the existing inventory levels in Amazon.
- Acumatica shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add): Syncs the shipments from Acumatica to Amazon once the status is changed to “Confirmed” in Acumatica.
