Why give us feedback
Submitting feedback gives you a voice when we’re creating and improving your experience. We use your feedback to learn more about how you use integrator.io, your pain points, and the features you love. Your suggestions don’t just help us improve our product, though. By engaging with us, you help improve user experience across the board.
How to give us feedback
We created multiple paths to receive feedback and questions, making it easier for you to help us.
Submit an idea through the Product portal
The best way to share your ideas for new features and enhancements is using the Product portal available directly from integrator.io. Simply click Product portal on the navigation bar, and then click Submit idea. Check out See what's coming and submit ideas in the Product portal for more details.
Make a community post
You can always submit questions to the integrator.io community through our help center by logging in and creating a post. In the community, you can receive help and advice from Celigo employees, partners, and even other customers! Your community posts also help improve the experience for all of our customers. The community topics range from general topics to Integration App specifics. Some of our popular community topics include:

Submit through the feedback bot
The feedback bot in integrator.io is a quick and easy way to submit feedback in the moment. You can categorize and submit a concern, suggestion, or request by clicking the help icon at the bottom right corner of your integrator.io instance. Note that the feedback bot automatically generates a support ticket or sends us an email. The tab gives you nine (9) categories for feedback:
- Support or troubleshooting issues ("I have an error" or "I can't map my imports")
- Report a bug
- Broken or non-functioning features ("this button isn't working" or "this feature causes a glitch")
- Report documentation issue
- Broken links, pages not found, or other issues with the Help Center.
- Upgrade IO subscription
- Renew IO subscription
- Upgrade integration app
- Renew integration app
- Request new feature
- Recommendations and ideas for new features
- Provide general feedback
- General comments regarding the user interface (UI) or integrator.io
Send us a product feedback email or message
You can also send us product feedback directly to email@example.com or submit a feedback note through the product. To submit through the product:
- Sign in to integrator.io.
- Select your avatar at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Provide UX feedback.
Join our user research program
