We at Celigo are driven by your feedback and satisfaction at every turn. While we always seek to improve, your suggestions drive us to create the innovative and user-friendly features you use most.
Submitting feedback gives you a voice when we’re creating and improving your experience. We use your feedback to learn more about how you use integrator.io, your pain points, and the features you love. Your suggestions don’t just help us improve our product, though. By engaging with us, you help improve user experience across the board. Your community posts have improved the experience for all our customers.
We created multiple paths to receive feedback and questions, making it easier for you to help us.
You can always submit questions to the integrator.io community through our help center by logging in and creating a post. In the community, you can receive help and advice from Celigo employees, partners, and even other customers! The community topics range from general topics to Integration App specifics. Some of our popular community topics include:

This is a great way to contribute to the Celigo community and get answers to your questions.
The feedback bot in integrator.io is a quick and easy way to submit feedback in the moment. You can categorize and submit a concern, suggestion, or request by clicking the help icon at the bottom right corner of your integrator.io instance. Note that the feedback bot automatically generates a support ticket. The tab gives you four categories for feedback:
- Feedback request
- General feedback
You can also send us product feedback directly to email@example.com or submit a feedback note through the product. To submit through the product:
- Sign in to integrator.io.
- Select your avatar at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Provide UX feedback.
