Additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your Amazon Seller Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central apps.
Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you may enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button. then run or schedule each flow.

When an order is created in Amazon Seller Central the integration flow exports orders from Amazon Seller Central and imports them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as sales orders.
Before you begin
- Verify that Item Id in Amazon Seller Central and Item Number in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are the same.
- Verify that the Payment Method name in Amazon Seller Central and Payment Method code in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are the same.
- Verify that Shipment Service Level Category name in Amazon Seller Central and Shipment Method displayName in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are the same.
- Create a Non-Inventory item in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Item Number 'AMZGIFTWRAP'.
Setup instructions
- Verify that the concurrency level for your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection is set to 1.

- Open the Get Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central companies by displayName export flow step and click Launch under Configure search parameters to create a filter to retrieve company details.

When a sales order is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central the integration flow exports the ShipmentmethodId from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales order API and imports it into Amazon Seller Central as a fulfillment.
Setup instructions

- Configure the TimeZone for Fulfillment Date.
- Configure the mapping for the tracking number on the Amazon Seller Central fulfillment import import step.

- Verify that the Amazon order id is stored as externalDocumentNumber in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders.
- Verify the OrderItemId in Amazon and the number of Items in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are the same.
