Install the Shopify – NetSuite quickstart integration template

This article explains how to install the Shopify – NetSuite quickstart integration template.

Before you install

A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account

To install the Shopify – NetSuite template, sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

B. Enable SuiteTalk (web services) and SuiteScript

Log in to your NetSuite account and complete the following tasks to prepare the account for installing the required NetSuite bundle:

1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable features > Company.
2. Under Data management, select the File cabinet.
3. Under SuiteCloud, select Custom records, Client SuiteScript, Server SuiteScript, and Web services.
4. Click Save.

Find and install the Shopify – NetSuite template from the marketplace

To install the Shopify – NetSuite template:

1. Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.
2. From the available templates, select either Shopify or NetSuite.
3. Find the Shopify – NetSuite template and click Preview. The Install template page appears.
4. Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install now to begin.

Set up the connections and integrate with Shopify and NetSuite

To install the integration, complete the steps shown.

Step 1. Connect to NetSuite

Click Configure to set up the NetSuite automatic token-based auth or manual token-based auth connection.

If you have already set up a connection to NetSuite, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your NetSuite account credentials. After saving the connection, sign in to NetSuite and consent to the integration.

Step 2. Connect to Shopify

Click Configure to set up the Shopify basic or OAuth 2.0 connection.

If you have already set up a connection to Shopify, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Shopify account credentials. After saving the connection, sign in to Shopify and consent to the integration.

Step 3. Install NetSuite integrator bundle

Click Install to install the NetSuite integrator bundle. The setup page detects whether this integration bundle is already installed with the NetSuite connection that you provided. If not, it will be installed in your NetSuite account for you.

The bundle status will change to “Installed.”

Step 4. Copy resources now from template zip

Click Install to create all 16 flows in your application.

Install NetSuite custom bundle (336119)

After installing the Shopify – NetSuite template, you must install the NetSuite custom bundle (ID 336119) in NetSuite:

1. Sign in to your NetSuite account.
2. From the Customization menu, select Suite Bundler > Search and install bundles.
3. Enter the bundle ID 336119 into the Keywords field, and click Search.
4. Select this bundle, and click Install.
