After you install the template, additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your FTP and NetSuite apps.

Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you can enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button. Then run or schedule each flow.

NetSuite routing request to Amazon Vendor Central routing request

This flow syncs NetSuite routing requests (item shipments) as Amazon Vendor Central routing requests. When a new item shipment is created in NetSuite, this integration flow exports the item shipment from NetSuite to Amazon Central Vendor routing request.

Flow details

  • Export Source: NetSuite
  • Built-in export: Get NetSuite item shipments - get all item shipments from NetSuite where configured boolean field is false.
  • Export destination: Amazon Vendor Central 
  • Built-in transfer: Imports Amazon Vendor Central request for routing Instructions - add a request for routing instructions into Amazon Vendor Central.

NetSuite sales orders acknowledgement to Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders acknowledgement

This flow syncs NetSuite sales orders acknowledgment as Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders acknowledgement. When a new sales order is created and approved in NetSuite, this integration flow exports the approved sales order from NetSuite to Amazon Vendor Central purchase order acknowledgement.

NetSuite item shipment to Amazon Vendor Central advance ship notice

This flow syncs NetSuite item shipments as Amazon Vendor Central advance ship notices. When a new item shipment is created in NetSuite, this integration flow exports the item shipments for packages and tares from NetSuite to Amazon Vendor Central advance ship notice.

  • Export destination: Amazon Vendor Central

  • Built-in lookup: Get NetSuite item shipments for tares - get all item shipments for tares from NetSuite by satisfying search criteria.
  • Built-in transfer: Imports Amazon Vendor Central advance ship notice - add advance ship notice into Amazon Vendor Central.

NetSuite invoices to Amazon Vendor Central invoices

This flow syncs NetSuite invoices as Amazon Vendor Central invoices. When a new invoice is added in NetSuite, this integration flow exports the invoice from NetSuite to Amazon Vendor Central invoices.

When new routing instruction records are added in the Amazon Central Vendor data, this integration flow exports routing instructions data from Amazon Vendor Central to NetSuite Amazon Routing instructions (custom record).
