New feature
Celigo is introducing the Shopify-NetSuite D2C template, a new unmanaged, GraphQL-based integration template built on Shopify’s GraphQL APIs. Modeled on the proven flows from the existing Shopify-NetSuite integration app, this template delivers a flexible, customizable foundation for enterprise-grade implementations.
Who this is for
Organizations in upper mid-market and enterprise environments that require deeper control over business logic, transaction handling, and financial mappings beyond what a managed integration app provides.
How it works
The Shopify-NetSuite D2C template is delivered as an unmanaged template, giving you direct access to the underlying integration assets: flows, mappings, and business logic, to customize and extend as your operational and financial requirements demand.
It can be deployed alongside the managed Shopify-NetSuite Integration App, allowing you to use the managed app for standardized needs while leveraging the template for complex or unique processes.
Note
As an unmanaged template, responsibility for upgrades and ongoing maintenance rests with your team.
Key capabilities:
- GraphQL-based architecture: All supported flows use Shopify’s GraphQL APIs, aligned with Shopify’s API roadmap and the platform’s transition away from REST.
- Broad functional coverage: Orders, fulfillments, products, inventory, billing, refunds, returns and exchanges, cancellations, and payouts.
- Advanced scenario support: Native exchanges, POS unverified returns, multi-location fulfillments, custom payout mappings to NetSuite GL accounts, Canadian tax configurations, and Shopify Functions discount combinations.
- Extensible data model: Extend GraphQL queries to retrieve additional Shopify fields, including custom attributes and metafields.
