Sync order cancellation from SAP Business ByDesign to Shopify

The sales manager of an eCommerce manufacturer ensures all the sales orders that are canceled for various reasons in SAP Business ByDesign, the SAP Business ByDesign sales order cancellation to Shopify cancellation (add) flow sync the order status as canceled to Shopify. 

Understand the flow

In the SAP Business ByDesign sales order cancellation to Shopify cancellation (add) flow, the export runs a query to get the canceled sales orders from SAP Business ByDesign from the last flow run. The parameters to fetch the canceled orders are that they’re not fulfilled, have an eTail ID, the channel is Shopify, and the eTail store ID matches. The import cancels the order and updates the order status as canceled in Shopify. The success count is specified on the Dashboard. This is a scheduled-delta flow. 

Run the flow

Prerequisite: The order must already exist in Shopify.

1. Log in to your integrator.io account.
2. Click on the Shopify - SAP Business ByDesign integration app tile.
3. Go to Flows > Order.
4. Next to the SAP Business ByDesign sales order cancellation to Shopify cancellation (add) flow, use the toggle button to enable the flow.
5. If you run the flow for the first time, a delta flow pop-up window is displayed. This helps you to sync the historical order cancellations. 
• Automatic: Choose this option to process and sync data from the last flow run time OR
• Custom: Choose this option to select a custom start date and time from when you wish to process and sync data.
  
6. Click Run.

You can see the flow status in the integrator.io Dashboard.

Understand the cancellation records in Shopify and SAP Business ByDesign

The SAP Business ByDesign sales order cancellation to Shopify cancellation (add) flow gets the canceled sales orders from SAP Business ByDesign and updates the order status in Shopify as Canceled.
