Uninstall the Amazon - SAP Business ByDesign integration app

Before you uninstall the integration app, you have to uninstall the individual Amazon accounts within the integration app tile. Only the owner of the integrator.io account can uninstall the integration app.

Note: If your Integration app has only one account, when you try to uninstall it, the entire integration app and its tile are deleted from your integrator.io account.

Impact of uninstalling an account

In the integration app

The following are removed from your integration app tile:

• All the backend docs, mapping details, customizations, and connection details.
• The integration app tile is deleted, hence all the details of values set on the Settings will be deleted.

In SAP Business ByDesign

• The Multi-Customer Solution created in SAP Business ByDesign is not deleted on uninstallation of the Amazon account or the Amazon - SAP Business ByDesign integration app.

Uninstall an individual account (applicable only if you installed multiple accounts)

1. Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your integration app tile.
2. On the top-right corner, select the appropriate store or account you wish to uninstall.
3. Navigate to Admin > Uninstall.
4. Click Uninstall.
   On the confirmation window, click Uninstall.

Uninstall the integration app

If you have installed only one account, and try to uninstall it, the integration app is uninstalled.

Tip: Before you uninstall the integration app, be sure to uninstall the individual account.

Uninstalling the integration app, it removes all components, including the integration tile, from your integrator.io account. After uninstalling you can re-install from the marketplace as long as you have a valid subscription. Be very certain that you want to uninstall it as this action cannot be undone.

1. Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your integration app tile.
2. Navigate to Admin > Uninstall.
3. Click Uninstall.
4. On the confirmation window, click Uninstall.
