Sync product details from Shopify to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a custom record

The Shopify product details to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Celigo eTail item map (add or ignore) flow syncs Shopify product details (product ID, variant ID, and inventory item ID) as a Celigo eTail item map custom record to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The flow creates custom records for existing items when the Shopify SKU and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Item No. match. This is a scheduled flow.

Understand the flow

In the Shopify product details to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Celigo eTail item map (add or ignore) flow, the Get products from Shopify export runs a query for Shopify product and their variant information. The flow looks for the products in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for each Shopify product and their variants with a matching SKU and internal ID. If a matching Shopify SKU and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central internal ID is found, the internal ID is synced. If a match is not found, the record is ignored. The Post Celigo eTail item map to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central import creates a custom record Celigo eTail item map in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on the variant ID, store ID, and Shopify channel.
