To integrate successfully between Amazon, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounts, you have to install and configure the custom extension app in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account. This extension app is a collection of components, data sources, web services, queries, and custom fields for the Celigo integrator.io platform and prebuilt solutions to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and eCommerce integration apps.
Note: This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
On the Install integration: Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page, after you configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection and default company, next to the Install and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension step, click Install, you’ll be navigated to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account.
- Select the environment in which you wish to install the extension app. You’ll see this pop-up window if you have multiple environments in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account. For example, Sandbox, Production, or any custom environment.
- Click Install.
- On the Extension Installation window, choose the language and click Install.
- On the View-Extension Installation page, a window is displayed, click OK.
- To view the extension installation progress, on the top-right corner, in the search bar, enter Extension Management.
- From the search results, click Extension Management.
- On the Installed Extensions page, click Manage > Deployment Status.
You can find the installation status of the extension on this page.
- Upon successful installation of the extension, go back to your integration app, and next to the Install and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension step, click Verify now.
