Create your Celigo iPaaS account

Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

Install the Salesforce - SAP Business ByDesign integration app

Step 1: Find and install the integration app from the Celigo marketplace

1. Login to integrator.io with admin credentials.
2. In the left menu, click Marketplace. 
3. On the Marketplace page, click Salesforce or SAP Business ByDesign tile.
   Tip: You’ll find the Install button, only if you have a valid integration app subscription. Otherwise, you’ll see the Request demo button. 
4. Click Install.
   
   
   
   You’ll be redirected to the Home page of your integrator.io account.
5. On the Salesforce - SAP Business ByDesign tile, click Continue setup.
   
   
   
   You’ll be redirected to the Install integration: Salesforce - SAP Business ByDesign page.

Step 2: Configure Salesforce connection

To set up a Salesforce connection, you must provide the information to the fields, Name, Account Type, and OAuth 2.0 flow type, and sign in to your Salesforce account. You can authenticate your connection either using the Refresh Token or JWT Bearer Token option. Once you allow access with your Salesforce account credentials, you won't be able to change the account or the account type.

To configure Salesforce connection:

1. Next to the Configure Salesforce connection step, click Configure.
2. On the Set up connection window, follow the steps mentioned in Set up a connection to Salesforce.
3. Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save & close. 

Step 3: Install the integrator.io package in Salesforce

1. Next to the Install integrator.io package in Salesforce step, click Install.
2. A new Install Integrator Distributed Adaptor page will open in a new tab.
3. Select the profile on which you want to install the package.
4. Click Install.
5. Enable the “Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites” checkbox.
6. Click Continue.
7. Click Done.
8. Go back to your Integration App Setup page, and click Verify Now.
9. The Salesforce Integrator Package status will change to Installed.

Step 4: Install the SAP Business ByDesign package in Salesforce

1. Next to the Install SAP Business ByDesign package in Salesforce step, click Install.
2. A new Install Celigo SAP Business ByDesign Package page will open in a new tab.
3. Select the profile on which you want to install the package.
4. Enable the I acknowledge that I’m installing a Non-Salesforce Application that is not authorized for distribution as part of the Salesforce’s AppExchange Partner Program checkbox.
5. Click Install.
6. Click Done.
7. Go back to your Integration App Setup page, and click Verify Now.
8. The Salesforce Connector Package status will change to Installed.

Step 5: Configure SAP Business ByDesign connection

1. Next to the Configure SAP Business ByDesign connection step, click Configure.
2. On the Set up connection window, follow the steps mentioned in Set up a connection to SAP Business ByDesign.
3. Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save & close. 

Step 6: Install SAP Business ByDesign Multi-Customer Solution (MCS)

1. Next to the Install SAP Business ByDesign Multiple Customer Solution (MCS) step, click Configure. You’ll be redirected to the Enter SAP Business ByDesign Multiple Customer Solution (MCS) ID window.
   
   Before you proceed further with the integration app installation, you must Install the Multi-Customer Solution (MCS) in your SAP Business ByDesign account.
2. On the Enter SAP Business ByDesign Multiple Customer Solution (MCS) ID window, enter the solution ID configured in the previous step in your SAP Business ByDesign account.
3. Click Submit.

Step 7: Install and verify resources

1. Next to the Install and verify resources step, click Install.
2. Click Verify now.
   On a successful installation, you’ll be redirected to the Flows page.
