General
The Settings > General tab consist of the following tabs:
- Solution Details
- Account
Solution Details
The ID that appears in the Multi-Customer Solution Id field is the solution ID that has been entered during the installation of the integration app. This solution ID is configured in the SAP Business ByDesign account.

Account
The IDs that appear in the SAP Business ByD Account Report ID and SAP Business ByD Account Attribute ID fields are added automatically by the system as part of the integration app installation package, if the Salesforce ID is the unique identifier between Salesforce and SAP Business ByDesign accounts.

Assume, that the Salesforce ID is not the unique identifier and you want to manually add a new account report ID and attribute ID. Create a new design report in SAP Business ByDesign using the data source that includes the account ID and unique identifier fields. Once the data source is created, join it with the CeligoAccountAddressUsage data source, with the Account ID::BusinessInternalID as the mapping condition. Be sure to include all the fields in the CeligoAccountAddressUsage data source.

Once the design report is created in SAP Business ByDesign, copy the account report ID and paste it into the SAP ByD Account Report ID field.

In SAP Business ByDesign, go to the Build OData Queries > Attributes tab, and you can find the account attribute ID. Copy the account attribute ID and paste it into the SAP ByD Account Attribute ID.

Opportunity
The Settings > Opportunity tab consists of the opportunity settings. The IDs that appear in the SAP Business ByD SalesOrder Report ID and SAP Business ByD SalesOrder Attribute ID fields are added automatically by the system as part of the integration app installation package if the Salesforce Opportunity ID is the unique identifier between Salesforce opportunity and SAP Business ByDesign sales order.

Assume, that the Salesforce Opportunity ID is not the unique identifier and you want to manually add a new sales order report ID and attribute ID. Create a new design report in SAP Business ByDesign on the data source that is created by joining the Sales Order Header data source with the Sales Order Item-Extended data source. While joining the data sources, be sure to include the following fields from the Sales Order Item-Extended data source.
- Product Type ID
- Product ID
- Sales Order (Item) ID
- Item Type (ID)

Once the design report is created in SAP Business ByDesign, copy the sales order report ID and paste it into the SAP Business ByD SalesOrder Report ID field.

In SAP Business ByDesign, go to the Build OData Queries > Filters tab, and you can find the sales order attribute ID. Copy the account attribute ID and paste it into the SAP Business ByD SalesOrder Attribute ID.
