Install the Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration app
Find and install the integration app from the Celigo marketplace
- Login to integrator.io with admin credentials.
- In the left menu, click Marketplace.

On the Marketplace page, click Amazon or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tile.
Tip: You’ll find the Install button, only if you have a valid integration app subscription. Otherwise, you’ll see the Request demo button. -
Click Install.
You’ll be redirected to the Home page of your integrator.io account. -
On the Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tile, click Continue setup.
You’ll be redirected to the Install integration: Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page.
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection
Before you configure:
- Make sure you select only OData from the Web services dropdown list. The integration app supports only the OData web service option for now.
- The environment name is case sensitive, make sure you enter the name correctly.
- Ensure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account user has Admin privileges to complete the configuration. If the account user doesn't have Admin privileges, you will not be able to complete the configuration.
- Next to the Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection step, click Configure.
- On the Set up connection window, follow the steps mentioned in set up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save & close.
Configure the default company
- Next to the Configure a default company step, click Configure.
- On the Configure a default company window, select an appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company.
Tip: The company is applicable for all the records you sync between Amazon and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Click Submit.
Install and verify the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension
- Next to the Install and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension step, click Install. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Marketplace extension app page. - On the Install integration: Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page, next to the step, click Verify now.
Configure integration and company name
- On the Install integration: Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central page, next to the Configure integration name and company step, click Configure.

On the Configure integration name and company window,

In the Integration name field, enter a unique name for your integration. It helps you to identify the Amazon account throughout the integration if you install multiple Amazon accounts against a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection. You can find the integration name in the top-right dropdown menu of the integration app after you complete the installation.
Information: The below steps (2) and (3) is applicable if you’re installing the integration app for the first time. If you install multiple Amazon accounts against a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection, you can override the default company. - Check the Override the default Company checkbox to override the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company selected while installing the integration app.

You can choose a replacement company in the resulting Select a company name drop-down list (or) simply configure the integration name and click Submit.

In the Integration name field, enter a unique name for your integration. It helps you to identify the Amazon account throughout the integration if you install multiple Amazon accounts against a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection. You can find the integration name in the top-right dropdown menu of the integration app after you complete the installation.
Configure Amazon connection
- On the Install integration Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page, next to Configure Amazon connection, click Configure.
- To set up a connection with Amazon, see Set up a connection to Amazon.
- After you configure your connection with Amazon, you’ll be navigated to the Amazon Seller Central account.
- On the Authorize Celigo page, read through and check the check box for providing access.

Click Confirm.
You’ll be redirected to the integration app setup page.
Install and verify resources
- Next to the Install and verify resources step, click Install.

Click Verify now.
On a successful installation, you’ll be redirected to the integration app > Flows page.
