Create your Celigo iPaaS account
Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.
Install the BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration app
Step 1: Find and install the integration app from the Celigo marketplace
- Login to integrator.io with admin credentials.
- In the left menu, click Marketplace.
- On the Marketplace page, click BigCommerce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tile.
Tip: You’ll find the Install button, only if you have a valid integration app subscription. Otherwise, you’ll see the Request demo button. - Click Install.
You’ll be redirected to the Home page of your integrator.io account. - On the BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tile, click Continue setup.
You’ll be redirected to the Install integration: BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page.
Step 2a: Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection
Before you configure:
- Make sure you select only OData from the Web services dropdown list. The integration app supports only the OData web service option for now.
- The environment name is case sensitive, make sure you enter the name correctly.
- Next to the Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection step, click Configure.
- On the Set up connection window, follow the steps mentioned in set up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save & close.
Step 2b: Configure the default company
- Next to the Configure a default company step, click Configure.
- On the Configure a default company window, select an appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company.
Tip: The company is applicable for all the records you sync between BigCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Click Submit.
Step 2c: Install and verify the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension
- Next to the Install and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension step, click Install. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Marketplace extension app page.
- On the Install integration: BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page, next to the step, click Verify now.
Step 3a: Override the default company
- On the Install integration BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central page, next to the Override the default company step, click Configure.
- Check the Override the default Company checkbox to override the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company selected while installing the integration app. You can choose a replacement company in the resulting Select a company name drop-down list (or) simply click Submit.
Step 3b: Configure BigCommerce connection
- On the Install integration BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page, next to Configure BigCommerce connection, click Configure.
- To set up a connection with BigCommerce, see Set up a connection to BigCommerce.
- Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save& close.
Step 3c Install and verify resources
- Next to the Install and verify resources step, click Install.
- Click Verify now.
On a successful installation, you’ll be redirected to the integration app > Flows page.
