Create your Celigo iPaaS account
Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.
Find and install the integration app from the Celigo marketplace
- Login to integrator.io with admin credentials.
- In the left menu, click Marketplace.

On the Marketplace page, click Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tile.
Tip: You’ll find the Install button, only if you have a valid integration app subscription. Otherwise, you’ll see the Request demo button. -
Click Install.
You’ll be redirected to the Home page of your integrator.io account. -
On the Salesforce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tile, click Continue setup.
You’ll be redirected to the Install integration: Salesforce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page.
Step 1: Configure Salesforce connection
To set up a Salesforce connection, you must provide the information to the fields, Name, Account Type, and OAuth 2.0 flow type, and sign in to your Salesforce account. You can authenticate your connection either using the Refresh Token or JWT Bearer Token option. Once you allow access with your Salesforce account credentials, you won't be able to change the account or the account type.
- Next to the Configure Salesforce connection step, click Configure.
- On the Set up connection window, follow the steps mentioned in Set up a connection to Salesforce.
- Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save & close.
Step 2: Install and verify the integrator.io package in Salesforce
- Next to the Install integrator.io package in Salesforce step, click Install.
- A new Install Integrator Distributed Adaptor page will open in a new tab.

Select the profile on which you want to install the package.

Click Install.
- Enable the “Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites” checkbox.

Click Continue.

Once the package installation is completed, click Done.
- Go back to your integration app setup page, and click Verify Now.
- The Salesforce Integrator Package status will change to Installed.
Step 3: Install and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central package in Salesforce
- Next to the Install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central package in Salesforce step, click Configure
- You’ll be redirected to the Salesforce page, and install the package.
- Come back to the integration app setup page, and click Verify now.
Step 4: Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection
Before you configure:
- Make sure you select only OData from the Web services dropdown list. The integration app supports only the OData web service option for now.
- The environment name is case sensitive, make sure you enter the name correctly.
- Next to the Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection step, click Configure.
- On the Set up connection window, follow the steps mentioned in set up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Test the connection and on a successful connection, click Save & close.
Step 5: Configure the default company
- Next to the Configure a default company step, click Configure.

On the Configure a default company window, select an appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company.
Tip: The company is applicable for all the records you sync between Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Click Submit.
Step 6: Install and verify Salesforce extension in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Next to the Install and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension step, click Install. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Marketplace extension app page. - On the Install integration: Salesforce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page, next to the step, click Verify now.
