The warehouse manager of an eCommerce manufacturer ensures that all the new outbound deliveries generated in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system should be synced as Amazon fulfilments so that you can track the shipping details.

Understand the flow

In the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow, the Get posted sales shipment from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central export gets the new posted sales shipments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that are generated after the last flow run. The flow searches for Amazon orders using the eTail order ID, eTail channel, and eTail account ID. The Post fulfillment to Amazon import posts all the newly posted sales shipments that are exported in the previous step to Amazon. The flow specifies the count of all such orders on the integrator.io Dashboard. The corresponding quantities are fulfilled in Amazon. This is a once-exported scheduled flow. If the flow fails to create a fulfillment, an error message is displayed on the integration.io Dashboard.

Note: The flow supports sync partial fulfillment.

Run the flow

1. Go Flows > Fulfillment.
2. Next to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow, use the toggle button to enable the flow.
3. On the Confirm enable window, click Enable.
4. Click Run.

You can see the flow status in the integrator.io Dashboard. On a successful sync, for every record, the success count of the flow including the import and export is shown as 1.

After you run the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add) flow, the order fulfillment status is "Shipped." The flow syncs the fulfillment and shipping information to Amazon such as tracking ID and ship address.
