Set up a connection to Narvar

Narvar is one of the top return management apps. It helps retailers inspire long-term customer loyalty at all steps of the post-purchase journey.

Set up a connection

This video demonstrates creating a Narvar connection.

After you start the connection, you have to configure it in the Create connection panel and must complete all of the required * authentication settings: 

Setting	Instructions
Name your connection *	Enter a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
Username *	Enter your Narvar account ID. How to retrieve the account ID
Password *	Enter your Narvar auth token. Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your authentication password safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text. How to retrieve the auth token

How to retrieve the account ID and auth token

1. Sign in to your Narvar account.
2. Navigate to Admin > Company > API credentials.
3. Copy the account ID.
4. Copy the auth token.
