Before you uninstall the integration app, you have to uninstall the individual BigCommerce accounts within the integration app tile, if you have more than one store linked to the tile. Only the owner of the integrator.io account can uninstall the integration app.
Note: If your Integration app has only one account, when you try to uninstall it, the entire integration app and its tile are deleted from your integrator.io account.
Impact of uninstalling an account
In the integration app
The following are removed from your integration app tile:
- All the backend docs, mapping details, customizations, and connection details.
- The integration app tile is deleted, hence all the details of values set on the Settings will be deleted.
In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- The Business Central extension created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is not deleted on uninstallation of the BigCommerce account or the BigCommerce - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration app.
Uninstall an individual account (applicable only if you installed multiple accounts)
- Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your integration app tile.
- On the top-right corner, select the appropriate store or account you wish to uninstall.
- Navigate to Admin > Uninstall.
- Click Uninstall.
On the confirmation window, click Uninstall.
Uninstall the integration app
You can uninstall an integration app whether the connection is online or offline. If you have installed only one account, clicking Uninstall will remove the integration app. After uninstalling, you can re-install it from the Marketplace or clone another installed instance, as long as you have a valid subscription.
Tip: Before you uninstall the integration app, be sure to uninstall the individual account.
- Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your integration app tile.
- Navigate to Admin > Uninstall.
- Click Uninstall.
- On the confirmation window, click Uninstall.
