When the 'Salesforce to NetSuite Flow Status and Error' flow runs in Salesforce it creates two 'Celigo NetSuite integration status' records on the Account with the exact same data. Then the process fails in celigo with the error listed above. Deleting them both and editing/saving the account seems to resolve the issue, but seeing as there are hundreds of duplicates we were hoping for a better solution.
