Known Bugs

After having multiple discussions with partners, would it be possible to have a known bugs tile listed in our product portal for more major issues?  Specifically referring to the Branching bug many have run into.  If that isn't likely, we could also have a living document that is updated with known major issues. The intent isn't to track every bug, but specific for bugs that we know are causing more widespread issues.
