    Hello Rhett,

    There seems to be an validation rule placed in your destined system which is leading to this error.
    The Integration Application can bring over any countries phone numbers its more about what the destined system is expecting.

    So I would recommend you to verify the rules placed in your targeted system. That will help you understand what's missing in the data.

    I'm not sure why you would receive an error related to delivery method on a customer import. Delivery/shipping would be set at the order level. Maybe you have some custom validation on the NetSuite side causing this? Address phone number isn't a required field natively nor does this type of validation happen. I think it just has to be 7+ digits in length.
