This issue has been fixed now with the latest bundle update. If the issue persists please raise a support ticket and we will look into it.
That error message is pretty clear. Are you certain that the subsidiary noted in the error message is assigned to that tax code record? If it for sure is, then you may want to open a support ticket.

I believe that the location, tax code, and customer all have the same subsidiary, so everything is placed right. However, when I tried to resolve the error or run the flow again, the same error occurred and there were no updates in Netsuite. It seems that there may be an issue that needs further investigation.

that was the solution, when i unchecked the following the issue is fixed and the invoice is created in Netsuite.
After a lot of investigations, that error was related to missing Celigo bundle update.Once the update pushed the issue is fixed.
