To troubleshoot a similar issue, you may want to try the following steps:
1→ Verify that the location, tax codes, and customs for your NetSuite subsidiary are the same in Celigo.
2→ Check whether per-line taxes on transactions are enabled in both NetSuite and Celigo.
3→ If steps 1 and 2 are correct, you may need to ask the Celigo team to push an update to your NetSuite bundle.
